Our monthly Supper Clubs are an opportunity to experience the very best of Fallow & Fields Kitchen. Each evening showcases a bespoke menu crafted around the season's finest ingredients, often featuring our own Wagyu beef and produce from local growers. With a relaxed, communal atmosphere and a focus on great food and good company, it's the perfect way to unwind, connect, and enjoy a memorable night in the heart of the countryside.

Nature Restoration and Connection
Lopemede Farm is located in Thame, Oxfordshire with land also extending through into Buckinghamshire at their other farm, Reddings Farm in Long Crendon. They farm 200ha of permanent pasture with land extending down to the River Thame.
They run a multi-generation farming business on regenerative farming principles whereby they are restoring the natural capital of the land, planting trees, new hedges, creating new ponds and restoring ghost ponds that were filled in during the 1950s.
Lopemede were the first farm in Buckinghamshire to be registered on the national register for a Biodiversity Net Gain site. They have restored wetland habitat in the river fields, created scrapes for red-list bird species such as lapwings and curlews, and brought back historic wildflower meadows lost from the landscape.
